Rented a car for 24 hours. Service was quick, friendly and efficient. Shuttle to and from the airport was great! I was able to have my pick of whichever economy car I liked and my car was clean and gas-saving. I would definitely use them

My experience with Enterprise at LAX was extremely disappointing. The rental car they provided broke down on the PCH between Laguna Beach and Dana Point - complete transmission failure. I called roadside assistance and they were very helpful. They determined that the quickest way to get back on the road was to have us pick up a different vehicle at the Laguna Beach outlet and have the car towed back to Enterprise. They called the Laguna Beach office and confirmed that vehicles were available. The two truck arrived very promptly, hooked up the car and dropped us off at Laguna Beach. The driver informed us he was taking the original car to John Wayne airport. When we went inside the Enterprise office, staff were very helpful and professional. However, when they called LAX to confirm the exchange, they were told that I could not take the new vehicle until the car was returned to John Wayne. I told them that I was just following the instructions provided by roadside assistance, and their response was that roadside assistance made a mistake and shouldn't have promised me an immediate exchange. Apparently they thought this was some elaborate plot to rent two cars at once or to steal the original car. I pointed out to LAX staff that they simply needed to contact the towing company to verify that the car was in their possession. This did not seem to be possible, or at least they weren't willing to do it. Again, the staff at Laguna Beach were very helpful, but said they could not get into the LAX system to authorize the exchange - it had to be authorized at LAX. As a result, we waited for two hours until we got a call that the original vehicle had been received at John Wayne. It's only a half-hour drive at the worst of times, so I can only guess that for at least an hour and a half nobody looked to see if the vehicle was returned and inform the Laguna staff The attitude and behavior of the LAX staff was unprofessional and demonstrated that they really didn't care about providing service for their customers. All they cared about was following a rule that didn't make sense, and they contradicted the direction provided to me by their own roadside assistance staff. It is extremely unlikely that I will rent from Enterprise again. I will also bring this to the attention of our travel office here at the National Academy of Sciences - I have to question whether Enterprise is a company we want to contract with in future.

We were Californina for a week. We rented a car with Enterprise and had a great experience all around. The shuttle drivers at LAX were very helpful with luggage and all around friendly.

Check In for our vehicle both in and out was quick and simple. The staff's professionalism all around was great. I will definately rent with Enterprise the next time I travel and need a vehicle.

I have rented 3 times from this location and every time it was because my car was being serviced.
All three times I had no issues and everything went smoothly and quickly. So all I can really say is good job.
One thing that I think would be cool is if they asked what kind of music you like or your favorite station is and have the presets on the radio set to your liking.
