I always hated taking my car to the garage. I always felt as I was getting ripped off. I am happy to say that Jim Rickman Motors changed all that. I didn't get hit with any unexpected charges and the work was completed when they said it would. I am not afraid to bring my car to Jim Rickman Motors!

Always great service with a smile! Jim Rickman Motors is the only mechanics I trust for my Bentley. I know when it's fixed, it's fixed right and I trust their concerns. Thanks for keeping me away from the tow trucks.

Jim Rickman Motors is a shop that you can trust. They recommend service that you need, and care about their customers. Too many shops today are just about making money and customer service is secondary. I recommend Jim Rickman Motors to all my friends and they are the only place I take my cars.

Have had four different cars worked on at this shop over the course of a couple years. They are hands down the cleanest, best, and nicest shop in Pasadena, CA. Not the cheapest, but without a doubt worth the extra few bucks for the integrity and service.
