Boswell's Discount Party Supls

Boswell's is the only place to get all of the holiday decorations for my office parties and my home entertaining needs as well. In my experience the staff as always been helpful and friendly.

I run teen centers for over two hundred kids and depend on these type of stores for supplies.

One of my staff went shopping this morning and put several items on hold under another staffs name to be picked up later in the day. When the staff person arrived to pick them up only a few hours later the staff had misplaced the items, were not helpful in finding them, and were rude to their customers. In the end I had the staff person leave without purchasing anything.

From now on we buy online.

This store has soo much random stuff that you would have no clue what to do with most of it. Although they do have some great halloween costumes during October and great Birthday party stuff all year long. They have ballons and tons of other random toys spreadout everywhere. the store is a little crowded and busy, especially around Halloween.

Store has a pretty good supply of party goods. However, the staff is not that helpful and the prices do not seem like a "discount" to me. You can get the same prices anywhere. They also do not have a very good return policy.
