This place is the worst customer service place I have ever been. It took 10 minutes to get a glass of water. The staffers were not friendly. The cashier tried to keep the change when I paid my bill. If I could give it a negative rating I

Pros: Great food, open late, great value

Cons: Ambience - A delicous Hole-in-the-wall, dirty bathroom

I ordered the Pad Thai to go among a busy crowd, I guess the options in the downtown area are as slim as they say it is. I received my order in about 15min. The waitress took the bills I gave her and did not hesitate to move on to her next

San Francisco is loaded with Thai restaurants. What makes King of Thai stand out is their ability to offer a selection of scrumptuous Thai food at a low, low price. Each meal can serve two, or you can take it to go and make two meals. The King of Thai on Geary is no frills--the service is quick and it's never too crowded. The table is also loaded with a variety of condiments to experiment with.

PROS: Cheap, fast, good
CONS: Decor is a little lacking

'nuff said.

Word of caution: the crushed red pepper on the tables is not your garden variety pizza-joint mild red pepper. You've been warned.

Great food, excellent Theatre District location, good service, open late. Prices are very fair. Who could ask for more? OK, so the decor's tacky. It's a hole-in-the-wall noodle joint. Who cares?

This is the best Thai food we've eaten. We ALWAYS eat Thai here, dont mind driving from Danville. It's always worth it! The fried rice noodle is great. You also must try the Thai fried rice. Little bit greasy, but it's so good! Dont forget

When in doubt, follow the cops for the best cheap eats in town. I adore this place as much for the yummy food and quick service as for the seedy atmosphere.
