Thank you for taking me in so quickly. I was stung by a bee a 1/2 hour before coming in. I could not breathe and was becoming very anxious. The staff at Thousand Oaks Urgent took me in immediately and the doctor prescribed injections, which was immediately administered. The staff at Thousand Oaks Urgent Care are professional, efficient, caring, and able to triage which in my case was a great blessing.

Dr. Preston was great and I will change my primary care doctor to her!

Barbara and i were particularly appreciative of your telling her in early Febuary that she was in advanced stages of bronchiectasis and that she did not have much longer to live and that she needed to accomplish whatever she needed to do soon. you gave this information to her in a very gentle and kind way, and it was the first that she had heard of the real seriousness of her MAC inection as well as the bronchiectasis,because her pulmonary doctor and her infectious disease doctor did not give her this information. they were always talking about a cure when the reality was that such was really not possible,

I came into your clinic with food poisoning while in Newbury Park after the death of a close family member. Needless to say, I was having a very, very rotten day. The staff there that morning was so wonderful to me. Going beyond the normal level of care with their kindness. I just want ou all to know how much it touched my heart.
