Dan Elliott`s Roofing Company

I am a retired General Contractor, Dan has been doing all our roofing for the past twenty years or so, about fifteen houses total, on some very nice custom homes. On all those homes, Dan always worked hard to make sure everything went just as our clients expected.

Twenty years ago, Dan roofed our home in Santa Clara. When our new home in Campbell needed a new roof, we called him, I was happy to learn he was still doing roofs. We gave him the job, and everything went just as he promised. If I ever move again and that house needs a new roof, Dan will do that one do.

They did my fathers house when I was going to high school twenty years ago, that roof has never had any problems, I checked with Dad, so Dan Elliotts Roofing Co. was the only bidder on my house. His price sounded fair, he was very nice to deal with, and from start to finish it all went real smooth. That was seven or eight years ago, and still, no problems. If I had to do another roof, Dans company would be the only bidder there, too. If that time ever comes, I hope he forgets reading this.

When we realized our shake roof needed re-doing, we asked our neighbor across the street who did her roof, which was just replaced.
She gave us Dans phone number and said he had started on time, finished on the day he promised, and the roof passed all City inspections on the first try.
We got three bids, Dans was very competitive, and we gave him the job. Everything went very well, and I am happy we chose him.

I own several rental properties, plus I manage many more for other people. We give Dan the highest recommendation to our clients, and he is the only roofer I use on my own houses. In 25 years, we have never had a bad experience.

When we decided to get a new roof, we asked all our friends who to call, and Dan Elliott Roofing was on our list. One of our friends told us to be sure and get insurance certificates from every bidder, and Dan was the only one who actually sent them to us. We let him do our work and his men did a good job and an excellent job keeping the grounds clean.

Dan Elliotts Roofing did the house down the street, so a month later when we decided to get it over with, we got their phone number. Dan was easy to do business with, he explained our choices thoroughly, with samples. He even walked up and down the street one day with my husband and myself, telling us what every kind of roof it was and the color. His price was almost the lowest, so we gave him the job and everything went very nice.

We hired Dan Elliotts Roofing Company to do our work in May 2009, and we are very pleased with his work, and the fact there were no extras when we got his final invoice. His men were very nice and did a perfect clean-up every night before leaving. And no loud radios, either. It rained hard that winter, and not a single problem.

The house we wanted to buy needed a new roof, my realtor recommended his company, so we got a bid from him to roof the home as soon as escrow closed.

He started the job on schedule, got a re-roof permit for our records, and we did not have a single problem. Our realtor had told us he did all her work, and was happy when we told her we had him do our roof. We would definitely contract with Dan again.

I lived next-door to Dan for fifteen years. When we remodeled, he roofed the whole house, and we are happy, as we knew we would be.
