Lakeshore Learning Store

My children and I both love visiting this store. They have so many awesome products that can't help but motivate and excite children to learn. I really like their selection of teacher resources like bulletin board trim, posters, stickers, etc. Although their prices seem slightly higher than other educational supply stores, their products are of high quality. If you are a teacher you can get their discount card and they will send you their catalog regularly for free. An added bonus about this store is that they offer monthly arts and crafts workshops for young children that are free.

Lakeshore has a good selection of student workbooks. I have shopped there many times to buy summer workbooks for my kids. They have excellent resources to reinforce math and reading skills. The selection of reading books is average.

This store has been a life saver for me! As a former preschool teacher, I'm always looking for educational toys for my little friends, nephews and nieces. This store has a great selection of art supplies, toys and resources for children.

I love this store. I get lots of things for my classroom here but I have also bought gifts for children here also. They have great art supplies and puzzles for kids.

Lakeshore Learning Store is located a bit out of the way in San Jose. Once you find it, though, you'll be sure to come back often. The store has many educational games/toys and resources for both teachers and parents to supplement a child's learning. The store also offers weekly in-store crafts for kids and workshops for teachers. I go there to do lamination for my children's artwork at a very reasonable cost. Very family friendly.
