I have known Darrell Ratzlaff for a number of years, most honest, knowledgeable, trustworthy person, and he knows cars and how to fix them without overcharging. I have recommended his service center to all my friends. If you have problems with older cars this is the best place to get it checked, they will always tell you the truth.

This is the best auto repair shop Ive ever been to. They are family owned and really friendly and honest. I brought in my car bc I had gotten an oilchange at a JiffyLube when I was in a rush one day. JiffyLube told me I needed all this work done to my car. I took it into Ratzlaffs and the mechanic looked me straight in the eye and told me the work JiffyLube told me to get done wasn't needed. They could have taken me for a ride, but they were totally honest. Ive had experiences like that with them again and again. They will NEVER do anything to you car that isnt necessary. They are a little hard to find, but worth looking for. I will never go anywhere else but Ratzlaff's.

These guys are the greatest! I had serious engine problems, and had taken my truck to 2 different mechanics and they couldn't diagnose the problem. After only 1 hour of dropping my truck off with Ratzlaff's, I got the call. They found the problem and it was fixed later that same day. If you want someone you can trust.
