I??ve been coming here since shortly after moving to San Jose in 1997. They??re fair, they??re honest, have always had a great group of mechanics who I trust and they always fix it right the first time. I always know that when I pick up my car, the problem is solved and I don??t have to worry about it. When John??s Bascom was first recommended to me, my office was near their shop but now I have to go across town (and sometimes take a bus home) but I wouldn??t go anywhere else even though there??s countless shops near me. I put almost 300,000 miles on my Lincoln and am doing pretty well on my Caddy now, thanks to John, Mike and crew. I??ve recommended them to everybody I know who??s needed a reliable mechanic. On my last trip, my bill was considerably less than the estimate they gave me over the phone. Talk about a happy camper.
