Urban Retreat has it's own weight reduction program.
You will be consulted by Irina. She is Massage therapist, Hypnotherapist , Nutritionist and a Biochemist.
Irina is very knowledgeable and optimistic.
She can reduce price for you dramatically by customizing your program.
Hypnotherapy in the groups and partial massage will do the trick, and save you money.
I have not seen such program anywhere yet.
Ask her for discount and she will fit any price you can possibly come up with.
She also provides cooking classes, demos and lot's of education.

I am so glad that I found this place. I was in such a pain with my inflamed sciatica and my doctor handed me the card from Urban Retreat. There is amazing Ukrainian who knows how to treat it. She have used Heated Stones and some other techniques that I could not pronounce. If you have pain ask for Irina?she does it all.

Pros: I found my therapist
Cons: Only one shower and no sauna
This place is newly remodeled and they promise to merge with the next door Hair and Nails salon.
The team of therapists are very helpful. I have experience with Irina?..
She will find and fix any problems. I have not suspected how bad it was until she researched where referred pain of plantar fasciitis coming from.

Pros: Good service
Cons: While location is good the place is barely visible from the street
This is got to be the best massage i've had in years!! Make sure to book the appt. with Glenda if possible, that girl knows what she's doing! But good luck if you are trying to book a session with her on the weekend.

Cons: one shower/restroom, no saunas/ steamroom
This place is right down the street from me. It's a little location, nothing fancy like Burke Williams or whatever. But their therapists are just as good, nice and very helpful. Pricing is also pretty affordable. I highly recommend Glenna or Jennifer.
