Pros: It's a great place to eat in the middle of the night.
Cons: Eating at not isn't healthy...

We had a school party here & the upstairs dance studo was rented for a buffet. They had punch, tea, coffee. The entrees consisted of some kind of fried pork, with a heavy tomato/cheese sauce over rice - not to my liking; fried white fish

S & E Cafe located in a busy section of San Francisco, offers a nice variety of dishes, and drinks. They usually aren't too busy, and seem hidden among all the houses on the same block. The service is very good, and the place doesn't sound too quiet. The dishes aren't too strong in seasoning, and seem to have the right mixture of ingredient. A nice place to go around the Sunset area at night.

if you want decent chinese food late at night..this is the place to go... it's open till 2am everynight.
They often run out of "chow fun" though..their baked porkchop/seafood pan fried noodles are good...
