James is a very sweet and unassuming man ?? but he KNOWS what he is doing and he is GOOD at it. I am thrilled with the level of support I received.

My old big-screen TV was going on the fritz and I was afraid I might have to buy a new, expensive TV. James was able to come to my house the same day and repair the problem! I didn??t have to lug it anywhere or wait several days and be without a TV. And best of all, he saved me from having to spend big bucks to replace my aging TV. He charged $120 for the service which includes the $15 to come to the house (thankfully no parts were required.) I don't normally write reviews, but I just had to write this one and rave about James.

James came on time and repaired our TV w/in one hour! He was prompt, courteous and did a great job for a great price. The remote stopped working on our Toshiba CRT TV and he took it apart, soldered something on the chip board inside, put it back together and it worked! He only charged $77 which included the on-site visit fee of $15. Locksmiths charge double that for a lot less work.

Fast, friendly, reliable and guaranteed service From my experience, usually same day service if he was going to make a house call. Shop has been around for years and he does have a lot of experience fixing televisions and radios.
