This place was great.The person who worked with us impressed us with customer service, trustworthiness and price. I was looking for a high class present for my mother and I have to say,the watch I purchased is awesome.Truly the best store around.Highly recommended!!

This place is not money hungry like 80% of the pawn shops here in the city, nor is it your ordinary pawn shop.The staff offers great hospitality, I have walked in there twice and both times staff treated me well. I did not feel like i was obligated to buy something or pawn something. I would only recommend this place to everyone and anyone who needs a pawn shop.

This place is the realest of deals. Came in to browse while killing time, left with a killer deal, no pressure, and positive vibes overall. The sales guy is great: friendly, honest, real, and about your experience instead of their money. What more can you ask for? Thanks again!

I want to say that I was in a tight bind were I needed sell some of my gold. I was feeling kind of down when I first entered the store because I was thinking that Diamond Jewelers would probably not give my asking price of $600 for my gold.I was attended by a guy who had a wonderful aura about him very friendly, polite, and professional.He went far and beyond and displayed exceptional customer service. He actually went on the computer to show me how much gold was running for and that he wouldn't have a problem giving $600 for my gold. I will definitely recommend my family members and friends to this location. I will also be returning.

Great hospitality!! The entire team at Diamond Jewelry & Loan is very passionate about what they do! We're always satisfied when we do business there. Their customer service there is more like family service because they really care about the consumers decision. My wrist looks amazing with the new bling I bought there.Thanks,guys!!
