Customer for life! Chuck in particular is fantastic. I couldn't be more pleased; once you are a customer they offer such amazing deals you can't help but go back for more. Customer service is outstanding; far superior to other retail environments.

I have made Diamonds my official jeweler. They take such good care of me. I work with Chuck; he??s such a nice guy and never pressures me to buy anything, none of the sales people there ever have. The store personally select each and every piece they sell, and just about everything in there is absolutely gorgeous. They have extremely high standards. I like their exchange policy. They truly want you to be 100% satisfied and happy with your purchase. I bought my wedding bands here at a fraction of the cost of what I would have paid at any other store. The exterior of the store is non-descript nestled in a Carmel Mountain strip mall between Sports Authority and Circuit City. From the outside, you may think it is just another jewelry store, but they are far from it, they are extremely professional, helpful and willing to make anything you want in house.
