They put a new foundation if for us a few years ago. Right after they did we noticed new moisture problem under our house--they said sometimes that happens but did not offer any solutions or take any responsibility. We now have a swamp with standing water under our house and they still wont take responsibility for it. They say on their web page that they are drainage experts! If they are they should have noticed we would have a problem wthen they put in our foundation--If they put drainage in then it would have cost a fraction of what I need to pay now for an after the thought drainage system.
