Sometimes I've found knowledgeable staff here, and sometimes the staff just seem bored and unwilling to help you. The store is fairly small and selection is limited, but when you find a helpful employee, the store really does serve your electronic needs. Prices seem pretty standard, and when you need something quickly, it's still easier to go here than to risk the lines and crowd at the much bigger Best Buy.
