This was my first time using Complete Car Care. It was for a smog inspection. I will definitely be returning. Samantha was extremely nice and sounded like she knew what she was talking about. I also like that the waiting room was geared toward everyone. Yeesh, how many times have I gone somewhere for an oil change or smog check and they had motomags out front and foul coffee. Complete Car Care wasn't like that at all. It was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. Oh, and they did my car too. :)

Oil change went by fast, there was cookies water and toys for the kids. They quoted me on a price in the beginning and that was the total price at the end. They did not try to sell me additional stuff at the end. I will be coming back whenever is needed.

My family has been getting their cars serviced at Complete Car Care for many years. Their customer service is just fantastic. Their Smog checks and regular services are a good deal. I had my toyota truck engine rebuild by them five years ago and it still drives like a charm. I like to give them my business not only because they do a great job but also because its a family business and they treat me like family.

I went into the shop with a 2007 Toyota sienna and my emissions failed because of the air box. Jiffy Lube did not take responsibility for the mistake they had made with my air box. Andy went out of his way to look up the part on EBay and got me a good price saving me almost $800 plus offered to install it for free.

I bring my daughters and my wife to this shop and wouldnt have it any other way. I recommend them to everybody I am close with because of their honest work.

Love the service. Promptness, professional and courteous and prices are competitive. They have a nice lobby! I stayed there while my car was being repaired and was able to enjoy their waiting room with free wifi and fresh imported coffee! It made the wait not so bad.

They did complete under the hood check and did not try to up sell me on any services I did not need. I will definitely come back again.
