Eyal and Jacob are Awesome!!! I had dinged up my grill and was afraid that I was going to have to replace it ($1100) instead Jacob assured me that he could repair it and it would look like new. Eyal told me he could have it done in 2 days with a fee of $200. Not only did I end up saving $900 I got my car back the next day!On top of all that my car looks BRAND NEW!!

Eyal and his team at Crown Coachworks are a delight to work with. Eyal is friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and flexible. We got our prelude repaired and painted with them and it looks like it had never been in an accident. They reconstructed the quarter panel like artists. I will definitely return to their facility if I require auto body and paint work in the future. Plus, I'd recommend their shop to others in the area.

Amazing auto body shop. The attention was great, and the manager explained to me all my options thoroughly so I knew exactly what I could do to repair my car. I was more than pleased with the facility, hospitality, and off course the repair done to my car. Best Best Best body shop in all LA. This was the second time I visited this shop. So far I have had two cars fixed, and all my future cars will be fixed here as long as I live in California. I have personally seen the before and after for both of my cars, and it cant get any better. Eyal, the owner, is great, and he definitely has lot of experience. They repaired the rear bumper, the wheel, rims, driver side door, and side quarter panel for for my cars. One of my cars only got a minor scratch with some damage. Eyal quickly got the piece for me, and fixed it right away at no cost. I always got my car earlier than the promised date. Crown Coachwork has my highest recommendation.

The service was excellent and very friendly. Crown explained all the various costs and what repairs would be necessary in a very accessible way. I would definitely recommend them and use them again God forbid I am in another accident.

These guys are great! Eyal, the owner, was very friendly and walked me through the process of getting my poor, traumatized car fixed. I got a quick email response for every concern I had and charges were always explained thoroughly. They gave me a ride back after I dropped my car off, and were nice about helping me retrieve things I left in my car in the middle of the repair process. They really should teach a class on customer service, they're that good. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but I'm not the best driver and this is LA after all!

Best body shop in all LA. This is the third car in which I personally saw the before and after results and was very impressed. Eyal has a lot of experience and really knows what he is doing. They got my car back to me within 6 days of dropping it off. They repaired my front and rear bumper, one of my doors, and also a rear panel. Sooo fast and very clean work. The staff is very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Crown Coachworks.

Painless is the best word I can use to describe my several experiences with Crowncoach. I also found this place simply because it was close to me and it seemed to get good reviews on google and insiderpages. I went here about two months ago because I got in a small fender bender and they took such good care of my car. Just last week my car was hit, yet again, and I insisted on going straight back to CrownCoach, even though the other guys insurance tried to tell me I had to go somewhere else. Both times the estimate has been accurate, the car is ready sooner than they said, and I get it back looking better than it did before I was hit. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This is an amazing company. Not only do they do phenomenal work everytime; but they have a great staff! No one likes going to an autobody shop because usually that means something happened to your car. But they have a way of making the whole experience pleasant and reassuring. I always use them and refer them to my friends.

Crown Coachworks is the MOST AMAZING body shop you will ever go to! The people are very trustworthy, they do not charge an arm and a leg, and they have the most exceptional service. I came to to get a fender replaced. The rest of my car had scratches all over it - next to every wheel, all over the handles... when I got my car back, all of them were gone! That had buffed them all out without charging me and I am so grateful for their service. I recommend this place to anyone who wants their car to be treated well and who wants to be treated well themselves, too!

I have never written a review before, but I have to this time. I have never been so impressed with such professional and courteous service... not to mention my care has never looked so good. After banging it up with scratches by my tires and small knicks all over the place, I was in complete awe when I came back to pick up my car and ALL of the scratches had been buffed out!

The best autobody shop in town hands down. Eyal treats his customers the way every business should. It was almost a pleasure to get into a fender bender because I got to interact with Crown Coachworks. My Audi looks better than it did before the fender bender!

Crown Coachworks and Eyal (the General Manager) are first-class in all respects. I took my car into this shop because of its outstanding online reviews and convenient Saturday hours. My car had some damage to the left rear fender because another driver hit it. Eyal greeted me immediately and explained the repairs my car needed. When I brought the car back on Monday morning to begin the repairs, he arranged a rental car for me with Midway up the street. Although the repairs took a little longer than expected due to a lack of replacement parts and insurance adjuster interference (neither of which were the shop??s fault), the car looked so perfect that I was almost speechless because they had washed and polished it too! Eyal even helped me out with some of the rental car expenses since I didn??t have that coverage on my insurance policy. If you need auto body work done, forget the rest and go with the best (Crown Coachworks) because their stellar reviews are for real.

The customer service at Crown Coachworks was superb. I left wanting to spread the word! Eyal, the owner, was very kind and helpful. I went this morning for scratches and a dent on my car and he gave me great advice and a reasonable quote, but ultimately he suggested to just clean it up and not waste money fixing it. He also put things into perspective: It's just a car! The rest of his staff were also very nice and professional.

Eyal the general manager was amazing. I scraped up the side of my car and he had one of his workers spend 20 minutes cleaning and buffing the scratches to see if they could get most of it out. Unfortunately there still needs to be work done, but Eyal recommended that since the car was leased that I wait a year so before i get the work done. He gave me an estimate of $600 vs. the estimate of $1,500 I received at the other place donw the street. Best Auto shop I have been too, really looking out for the customer which is a great change of pace. When I do get my car fixed I am going back to Crown Coachworks Inc.

Eyal did a great job for me working with the insurance company. He fixed the car the way it should be done. This shop is very fair, and they're reasonably priced.

I loved Crown Coachworks!! They were so helpful. Someone smashed the left side (driver's side) of my car, and they fixed everything within a week. The final work was great, and they even helped me fix a few additional things at no charge. (rearview mirrow and right door handle were loose before). Seriously, everyone at Crown Coachworks is extremely helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this place for all your car body and paint needs!

Crown Coachworks is the best body shop I've ever taken a car to. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest (weird for a body shop huh?). My estimate there was lower than other body shops, and the quality of work and customer service is phenomenal. Eyal makes the experience completely painless, I was updated regularly about the status of part orders, insurance, etc. I have taken my car there twice now and have been extremely impressed both times. Sitting in the office, I cannot discern between a customer or a friend walking in to speak with the staff. I was also surprised, on multiple occasions, to see how honest the staff was about body work when other shops would have easily gotten away with making more money. I took my car to Crown Coachworks after an accident because of its convenient location and great reviews. They did a great job with my car. The staff was very friendly, informative and helpful. They explained to me exactly what needed to be done, dealt with the insurace company, and arranged for a rental car right away. The whole process is quick and easy. I was also glad that I could pick up my car (which was cleaned) on a Saturday.

After i was rear-ended, i searched online for an autobody shop. I chose Crown Coachworks because of it's proximity and because of the glowing reviews. I'm so glad i did! Eyal was extremely professional and personable! He explained everything to me --- detail to detail. He set up a car rental for me through midway car rentals (up the street) where they pick you up and drop you off. Super convenient! When i got my car back, not only was everything fixed..but my car was so shiny and clean from the car wash....schwwwwweeeeet! (on a side note, the person that hit me also decided to get their car fixed at Crown Coachworks too!) I found the autobody shop i'll be going to for life!!

I was rear-ended at a stop which resulted in some minor damage to my bumper. When i called Crown I spoke with Eyal, the manager, who was very friendly and informative over the phone. He set me up with a time to come in for an estimate the next day. I arrived at Crown and was greeted by Eyal who quickly assed the damage and wrote me up a very reasonable estimate, much lower than any other shop around. More importantly, he said they could have the work done in 1 day and could shuttle me to my home so that I wouldn't have to rent a car which was great since it saved me $$. The work was done within one day just like he promised and to my surprise they even washed my car! The quality of work was great, it looks like nothing happened and the paint matches 100%. To sum it up: great service, reasonable price and outstanding customer service. A+ all the way!

I was rear-ended. Bad luck. I search on the internet for a good body shop, and this one had very good ratings. And if you ask me, well deserved. From the moment I entered, they arranged everything. Eyal, the manager, took the time to explain me what was going to happen, and how much it was going to cost. Some 9 working day later, the car was repaired, (in the meantime I was regularly updated on the status). Unfortunately, I had to come back because a fuse was broken and a front light was not working anymore, but again Eyal took all the time to help. The repairs were arranged immediately, and at no cost to me. I would perhaps give it 4.5 stars, because I had to come back. But, since that's not possible, I will round it up because of the great service.

They did a great removing the scratches on my front bumper. They do it with a good price, and it comes with lifetime warranty too. Nothing could go wrong with such a guarantee. Highly recommended to everyone out there!

Professional: Always greeted me at the door and made me feel comfortable from the beginning.
Honest: Discussed body work (rear end) that needed to be done and if any damage was done elsewhere that could not be seen until the bumper came off I was given an estimate for the potential cost.
RELIABLE: This place gave a realistic time frame for the number of days it would take to get the work done.

The team at Crown Coachworks is the best in town! I have brought my car to the shop on several occassions for repairs. Each time, attention to detail and always great customer service with a handshake and smile. They spend time explaining every question and providing alternatives to make me happy. The best part: they worked with my insurance company every step of the way so I was not bothered with the details of handling my claims.

I found Eyal to be both helpful and honest when dealing with my repair issues and questions. Most importantly, Eyal was able to give me a realistic completion date for the service and explained in detail the dependencies to meeting that date and cost. I also liked the fact that he knew offhand and by name the people to contact if there was any slippage in him meeting his timeline. He was proactive and on top of it all. Eyal is one of the best out there! What I appreciated most about him was that he was honest, trustworthy, and focuses on building a relationship with his customers. Not your typical sleezy auto body shop or mechanic.

Ask for Egal! I had a great experience at this auto shop. After my brand new car was hit by a driver who ran a red light, mynlawyer sent me over to CrownCoachWorks and they made an awful situation much easier to deal with. They were quick and helpful and communicated with me constantly with updates. My car looks good as new!

About a month after my car was out of their shop, my a/c stopped running correctly so I gave Egal a call to see if he could help me and they set up an appointment for me and worked on the issue for over an hour- No charge!
