When my 15 year old son forgot to bring his medication with him down to Concord, CA, I was in a panic as to what to do. I was up here in Washington. I have never before filled a prescription with Walgreens but after my experience, I think I will switch all my prescriptions to Walgreens. I googled ""pharmacies"" in the Concord area, called Walgreens and the two different people I spoke with were extremely helpful. When there was a problem with the prescription request, Jovan followed through by communicating the problem with me and then called my insurance to make sure the prescription was filled.\n\nI was impressed with the customer service and follow through.
