My 2007 Fusion had 34,000 miles and was purchased on March 8, 2007. In early late February/early March it developed a front end problem. I took it to Sunset Ford on March 17, the earliest I could get there. They informed me the warantee had expired and all they could do was tighten and lubricate the front control arms. Anything else would have to be apporved by Ford. I contacted Ford and they told me that the dealer made the decision not to repair the car under warantee and that decision could not be reversed. Sunset Ford has been totally uncooperative in this matter. Ford makes an inferior product and then does not stand behind it.

Great service dept. Steve White and Troy allways do an excellent job.....When I take my diesel in they allways seem to be able to get me in and out fast unlike other dealers that say it will take 2 weeks just to liook at it .....Keep up the good work!!!!!

I recently had service scheduled for my car at another dealership, where they did not have the part necessary. When I called Sunset Ford, they not only had the part, but also could get the car in immediately for repair. The repair was done in a timely fashion and they even washed the car after service. The staff were very professional. I would definitely recommend this dealership for automotive service.
