5I've never had such an easy experience taking my car into the shop! The initial diagnostic was free, and when I told them I wanted to wait to get a repair, I was not pressured into getting it from them. After I shopped around, I wound up going back to Made in Japan because the price was right, and the customer service was beyond excellent. I can trust the Made in Japan people to be honest and helpful. They have been helpful beyond the "getting the job done".

5Everything was fine - Gary apparently on the Prius there is a button on the steering column that you can press so that you can require that the key fob MUST be inserted into the dash board to start the car. We had to call Toyota to find this as we could not find it in the owners manual and we'd never been required to use the key fob to start the car prior to my visit this week. 5Whenever I need service done this is the place I have always gone. I have taken 3 different cars here. The staff is friendly and they are quick with service or repairs.

They discovered that the problem was simpler than that and did just the work I needed. In the process, they discovered other issues with my car. I was given the information I needed to make an informed decision about what work to have done.

5These guys are the best! The work is outstanding and the customer service can't be topped. I will not hesitate to bring all my cars to Made In America/ Japan.
5After bringing my car in to have it checked out I was called and advised on what needed to be repaired right away, and what could be done down the road.
