Dr. Quan is so honest and genuine his staff front and back have the best personalities. Treatment is so far moving on well. Price is average, and everyone has been totally up front with every aspect of treatment. Plan your appointments carefully he is busy and totally worth it!! I would highly reccomend him.

I am 10 months over the 2 year supposed finish date, but when I thought about it those extra visits only cost Dr. Quan money as I have already paid for my braces THAT is how much of a perfectionist Dr. Quan is!!! Sure I would have loved to have gotten them off sooner but who wants an orthodontist that isn't the best? I don't. I am the 6th person in three generations to go to him. Simply the best we all get comments on our smiles. =)

I read three good reviews of Dr. Low and Quan so I decide to try to set an appt for my son. However, the office insisted on getting my ssn (even after I gave my insurance member id and group #). Without my ssn, the office would not schedule an appt. for my son.
This is really a crap! Identity thefy is so popular now, and I still have to give out my ssn before even meeting the orthodontist! Crap!

Dr Low is a great orthodontist for children. He takes the time to explain the procedures. The dentist is thorough and the staff is friendly and helpful. If the patient comes to the visit showing good hygiene, then there is the opportunity to save tokens for prices.

I got my invisible braces here and sure, they are pricey, but they are much better than those metal braces that get food caught all over them. The staff was very professional and showed me exactly how and when to use my dental devices. I told all of my friends and co workers with ugly looking teeth to go here. I would like to see everyone in the world fix their ugly looking teeth because it is so disappointing to see someone good looking with bad teeth.

Both of my children were patients of Dr. Quan for their entire orthodontic treatment. The treatment lasted six years for one child and three years for the other. We have been very satisfied throughout their treatment and now that they are in the "post- bracket' phase, we could not be happier with the results.
PROS: Close to home, Saturday appointments.
