Excellent, Clean. Professional service that provided me with very clean carpets that I didn`t think would ever look so good, being 11 years old. I was ready to replace them at a very high cost. I now have 2 more years of use. G N Maid Services provide excellent follow up when stains reappear.

G N Maid Services were on time and did a clean job. Very cooperative and supportive staff who are knowledgeable. Will not attempt to sell an additional service if they do not believe it will help the carpets.

This company is tops!. I have had G N Maid Services as my janitorial service for some time now. I always renew my contract with them. Her prices are totally affordable, she is insured also, which before we really knew her, we thought was wonderful because if anything happened, we were covered. But until this day, nothing has broke, nothing has gone missing, she is an honest and hard working woman. She`s welcome in my house anytime not only for cleaning purposes. She`s a friend.

Originally what they did was they came and gave me an estimate and they cleaned my house from top to bottom and now they just maintain it. So it`s easier for them, and it`s easy for me. The price is great, they have great products.

Well, G N Maid Services has been coming into my house for several years cleaning. They are just great they come in they come when they say they`re going to come, it`s the same person that comes every month. And they take just a few hours to go through my house.

They have a great staff and great people. I definitely got a close-knit, supportive family vibe. They helped me a lot!

They came on time! Excellet work lots of creativity and trust worthy. They are very focused on professionalism and detail.

I have had them over a few times to clean. They have sent two people (a couple) each time for 2-3 hours to clean a 2-bed/2-bath apartment. They do a great job cleaning the bathroom/kitchen/fridge/floors and make my life a lot easier. I can call up a day or two in advance and they have openings. I would recommend them to a friend.

This is a terrible service - I ran out to do an errand and when I came back they were gone. They were there for no more than 30 minutes!! Plus they left trash on the floor (clearly had spilled out of the trash bag when they removed it) and the bathroom looked like it had never been touched.

When I called to complain I couldn't get anyone to call me back. A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY - DO NOT USE!

This was the first time I ever called a maid service, and I was really impressed with how through they were.
It was a lot of work getting ready for them, washing my sheets and duvet covers, because they do laundry for an extra fee, but it was well worth the work! I highly recommend!

Paid them for serices that they simply did not perform, and they refused to give appropriate refund. Will not be calling them again.
