5This is the sixth car I have purchased from Neftin. I have also referred the dealership to several friends. I will continue to recommend Neftin to anyone who is in need of a new/used auto. They are the BEST dealership I have ever dealt with.

Frank is awesome! He's the best to work with because he is so great at explaining what's happening. He really goes out of his way to give individualized care to make sure I'm in a safe vehicle.

5John, my consultant, was on top of it. He made it a good experience. The driver, Alfonso, drove me to Amgen (my office). He drove safely and made sure I was exactly where I wanted to be and picked me up right on time. I appreciate the precise VW service.

All of your Service Advisors, Steve, John and Frank are exceptional. They take care of not only my car but my daughters as well. Your service department is one go the big reasons we get our cars at Neftin.

Nick's pleasant personality, his ability to deal with a high pressure situation, customer relations, not withstanding the weaving through the company computer was quite a feat! I watched him deal with other customers who were much more demanding than me!

5George Oaks was our salesman. He was wonderful. He had taken a lot of time showing me cars over about a year. When I finally was ready he had the exact car I wanted. It was the fastest Ive ever driven out of a dealership with a new car. He showed me how everything worked in the car and set up all music and Bluetooth. It was a perfect experience.

Previous Audi owner (A4 QT4), bought a JSP TDI...Not only is the car exceptional, but the service, parts, and sales are much better in TO, than at the other places in SoCal, and also much better than at the local Audi dealership. 5I was very disappointed when my 2010 Jetta Sportswagon TDI left me stranded in Burbank. I had the vehicle towed to Neftin VW in Thousand Oaks. Steve at Neftin took good care of my vehicle. he went the extra mile to talk to VW about the high pressure fuel pump that had metal shavings in it. VW did all the work under warranty and Steve did a great job explaining what happened and assuring me that it was very unusual. I was considering selling the vehicle and moving away from VW but thanks to Steve at Neftin I will be sticking with VW.

Steve advised me as to the work and estimated cost and when the car would be ready. He was better than his word delivering the car ahead of schedule, washed and ready to go.
