Great calzone and lasagna. Affordable and good Italian food. The restaurant is a little too dark with lighting but other than that the food is good. Really good bread and should give it a try!

Ah, my second stop from bakersfield and i ended up at this Italian Restaurant. The food was allright as well as the waiters. The soda was a little flat but they brought me back fresh ones so i cant really complain about that. Just an average italian restaurant im afraid.

I was recommended this restaurant by several locals. Unfortuneately I was very disappointed. The restaurant is located in the back of a strip mall and is difficult to find. Once we arrived we were seated near the kitchen door and the drink station for the waiters even though other seats were available. Every meal comes with an antipasto salad which was basically lettuce with a little bit of cheese and salami drowning in vinegar. The bread was doughy and bland. I tasted 3 main courses; the spinach ravioli lacked flavor, the lasagna had a big glob of pasta on the bottom with meat & cheese thrown on top. I thought lasagna was supposed to be layered? The special chicken pasta dish on the menu was very bland and the vegetable were way overcooked. The service was slow in the beginning but ended up okay.
