2-25-11 bought 5 tires for our truck, changed order to 4 tires keeping my old spare. Emanuel put 4 tires on truck, said he would change receipt to deduct spare. Two months later I call to check credit card and no refund. Manager, David, says he cannot fix unless I come into store which I plan to do. It should not have taken two months and a trip back to the store to post the credit to my credit card. They should have refunded money back to my credit card on 2-25-11.

They were very helpful and remounted tires that someone had sold to me, but had bought form them. I have gone back since to buy tires and got a very good deal. They also helped me find someone to do the alignment.

The service writers out front are courteous, friendly, and personable. The office is plain, geared towards getting the order placed and the car scheduled for maintenance. I have been to this location twice, once to purchase a set of tires and the second time to have them rotated. At my second visit, the service write checked all four tires for tread wear. He did this taking several readings on each tire, which provides a more detailed indication of the tires health.

I especially approciate the warranty, which is one of kind in the industry. If anything goes wrong with a tire, they replace it. Yes, there are limitations, but it is a better deal than most of the rest of the industry. Check it out!

On both occassions, the service was timely and efficient. I will continue to them and will refer people to them. My first referral will be my son.
