My husband and I both take our cars to Renson. They are courteous, prompt, do what they say they're going to do and seem to do good repairs. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me when I go there.
4I have been going to Renson Automotive for over twenty years. The owner, Bill, has always been more than wonderful to me. This is the one and only place I have been able to go and not be ripped off; in fact, they have gone out of their way to take care of me whenever I have called. The quotes are accurate, they complete the work on time and they call when the car is ready. In the past they have provided a ride to a car rental facility if necessary. They also send out reminders when it is time for servicing. I haven't had anything but positive experiences with them.

I have used them for years. They have always been helpful. When I say I have a particular problem with the car, they check it out for me. I don't know what Ruth's problem was.
5Took my Celica for routine service several times. Each time I asked about a problem with the car not shifting into gear quickly on first start. Renson never investigated the problem until the last visit when I was told the guy who serviced my car had a Celica with the same problem. On a test drive with him, he was surly, offered no constructive help and sarcastically said I should sell the car. That was pretty representative of the half-hearted service I had received previously at Renson so I stopped taking my car there. The lady who does the service writing is also pretty snarky.
