5 Stars: Freshest Sushi There Is ! (by by sandraleex at Citysearch)

If you want exceptional sushi, then this is the place to be! I absolutely love this restaurant becuase the workers always makes you feel welcome. The workers are always on their toes to try and make all the customers feel like home. This place doesn't just have sushi, they have varieties of food. Bento boxes are what I recommend. Their prices are very affordable and the food just keeps you coming for more. The best part about the sushi is its freshness. I've never tasted anything more fresh than Fuji Sushi. I went down to taste the Spicy Tuna Roll and it completely knocked me off my feet ! I usually don't go for Tuna Rolls, but this one made me coming back for more. I try to go down there as often as i can, but its hard since I live so far away. But to attract me all the way down to Fuji Sushi just to eat there sushi, can tell you that its worth your time too. I can honestly say that this is my Favorite sushi restaurant.

5 Stars: Best Sushi restaurant in SJ downtown (by by manimoni at Citysearch)

Fuji sushi in SJ downtown is my favorite Japanese restaurant because their food is delicious, affordable, and fresh. I really like to recommand to try their variety of sushi rolls (I personally like their B-52 roll) and fresh nigiri sushi (I recommand yellowtail nigiri). If you are not a huge sushi fan, you can also try their bento box specials. They come in with variety of items you can choose such as california roll, chicken terriyaki, gyoza, etc. They are also come with soup and salad as well. During their luch hour, they even have special price on certain bento specials. Like the other guy wrote ealier, it's not that crowded most of time so you will get a good service too. I really think that it's the best Japanese restaurant in SJ downtown, so be sure to check them out the next time you go out to eat!

5 Stars: TRADITIONAL Downtown Fuji Sushi (by by sdr209 at Citysearch)

I would just like to say that Fuji Sushi is literally the only very traditional sushi house in the main area of Downtown San Jose. Everyone is treated as an everyday customer. The fish is cut well and is very fresh, its not that kind of fish that you see where it is just smothered onto the ball of rice. If your're in the area (main downtown area) you've got to drop by! The food is great, service is great, and its not a super busy place which , means you'll get serviced very well.
