If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Full of mean spirited jerks who clearly get a lot of joy out of being hostile and downright awful to customers, treating them like dirt (yes customers people, we are paying for the privilege here). Literally every single employee was horrible in every single instance and a formal complaint will also be filed. Threatening your clientele just isn't going to work. And truly, we weren't even here under particularly terrible circumstances, in fact we were originally pretty grateful to have had our father escape a car accident basically unscathed. That was until we had to deal with this business and its staff. Pretty nasty when the worst part of a car accident (police, ambulance, hospital and general worry) is the tow company. Do yourself a favor and do anything to avoid this place.

driver was friendly and efficient. but as for their listed prices. Yes the price is clearly listed on the form you sign when they tow your car and the driver confirmed that those are the right prices. When I went down to try and get my car our they claimed that was an old form and prices are now actually 50% higher than what is listed on the form. Cheap scamsters trying to nickel and dime you. Made a complaint to the police to try and get them to stop using these liars. not much else I can do. Everything seems great and legit until they get your car. STAY AWAY

Horrible, horrible customer service. Took forever to arrive and then scratched my car in THREE places and tried to deny it. Would never, ever recommend these guys to anyone. Pushing the car home myself would have been better!
1It's nice that the grounds seem kept. However, Quicksilver had my car for about an hour and when I got it back that day my front end was crunched, the rear bumper was clearly hit and marked up AND even the door rim had paint missing! And of course, it wasn't their fault. Of course not. Regardless of how the place looks, if they aren't man-enough/professional enough to admit that they screwed up and crashed into your car, who cares how clean the place is...

So I wonder, I read the review by another member, and I have to stop and think what her situation was. I know as a matter of factly, that not only does this company have a set price list which is clearly posted and compared to others, pretty reasonable. No one wants to pay for towing if they don't need to, so I can imagine most people who walk in because they had their car impounded are pretty upset already. What most people don't know about this particular company, is that it only tows cars after an officer or parking officers have ordered the tow. So I guess if you parked in the wrong place, or you got pulled over, you earned the impound, and if I had to pick, I would go with a cleaner, reputable company rather than a no yard, swindling company that probably towed your car without reason to make a quick buck.

Pros: noting
Cons: everything
When it comes to towing, you have to pick the better of two evils, and I say go with Quicksilver. If you're driving with no license and get caught, guess who'll come to the rescue! Of course, you need to work everything out with the police department before they'll release your car, but that's a fairly simple step at the police station. I didn't have to wait long for them to find my car in the lot. Their prices recently went up, but it cost me $169. I know that other places are usually $250. If it means anything, their office actually looks decent, unlike some of the other towing places I've been to.
