This is the BEST, BEST, BEST bank anywhere! I love Citibank but I especially love this branch. Brent, Elizabeth and the rest of the staff are one better then the other . I have been banking for many years from coast to coast and I always enjoy coming into this branch.
They are fast, courteous, friendly, caring and FUNNY! If I could give them 10 Stars I would!

Really great service. A young man by the name of Brent was so knowlegable and helpful. I was able to get a direct deposit, checking account, citigold, and some investments started on my lunch break. I'm smart about going a little later than most people start their lunch.

We received terrible service. My husband called to find out if we could have something notarized. The person said, "yes, you can come in." Nothing about needing an appointment. When we arrived, my husband asked a teller who said the notary (Brent Killeen) was with clients - just have a seat and wait (no one else was waiting). 40 minutes later, the teller came to suggest making an appointment. Another 15 minutes later, I left - angrily. Mr. Killeen said then that we NEED an appointment for a notary. Why the hell didn't anyone mention needing (or even being ABLE to make an appointment) earlier? I'm still furious!

This Citibank branch has great service. The tellers are always very fast and knowledgeable. Most of them have been working at this branch for years and know a lot of the customers by name. In an age of electronic banking, it is nice to go to a place where you can still talk to a helpful person.
