I just got home from shopping at Twist on 17th and Ocean Park. What a find. I can't even start to tell you how much I bought. Trust me when I say, what a deal, what cute stuff, great girls and cute store. I left with a doormat, bathing suit, 2 purses, a handful of candles and 2 winter coats and I could've kept going. I got all of that for $200. I will be back. They say new stuff in weekly. I can't wait! Oh and they have a rewards program where you earn points and than actually get rewarded. Tell all your friends, you won't be disappointed. I'll be back tomorrow with my girlfriends to finish shopping! Thank you Twist!

... but I have to tell!! This is the cutest store around. I used to drive by thinking it must be another snobby and overpriced boutique. BOY WAS I WRONG! From the first time I went in, which is a few years ago, I have always been treated so nicely, even when I'm just stopping to take a look. Its a rare day that I leave empty-handed... but even if I do, the girls there are just great. The value is terific... never EVER feel overpriced. I have gotten so many things here its not even funny. I used to be a diehard Segal shopper...not anymore. I can afford to come every week and get an entire outfit....and now they have swimsuits!Girls.... the secret's out. This store has the best energy around.

PROS: Big selection that changes all the time. Great gifts too.
CONS: Never enough time to see it all....

Today I had a mission. I had to find 2 gifts and wanted a new outfit. I found it! TWIST. What a great start to a weekend. 1 stop shopping. I'll be back for sure. Soooo much to choose from.

A bright pink store caught my eye. So I went to go check it out. What a nice surprise. So much cute stuff. Friendly staff. Everything you would want is there. I left with 2 tanks, a bunch of candles, 2 pairs of shoes, bracelet, earrings, calendar, a black purse,2 skirts and a jacket. WOW. What a nice surprise to see good quality things that I have seen on main street and nordstroms, but at such a better price. I recommend this to every person looking for very cute stuff, good selection, and great prices!!!!
P.S this is not a children's store. Juniors/Missy is a better classification.

Great place to find gifts or splurge on yourself without breaking the bank. Great selection of bathing suits, tee's with the cutest sayings, candles, shoes. . . I swear- you name it, Twist has it. Look for the pink store on 17th and Ocean

growing up in santa monica and attending santa monica college i was elated to happen upon a gorgeous feast for the eyes boutique called TWIST--was it a mirage? Joyfully-not!

This place carries the wierdest selection of clothing and accessories. Some of the clothing they carry is of decent quality and price, but their selection is very disorganized and random. The salesgirls are always friendly and give honest opinions. Great place to shop if you like the merchandise carried by stores on the Venice Boardwalk area, and much easier to find parking.
