Purofirst Oakland-Water Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration

I was very happy with this company from start to finish. It was easy to get the initial estimate. Ed was straight forward and honest. The work was done on time and to my complete satisfaction. They really went the extra mile for me to get it right. A thoroughly professional operation with a lot of integrity. I would give Purofirst an A+. I have already recommended them to my neighbors!

Purofirst helped me in my time of need, my basement flooded and these guys came out to help me at 3:00am. They pumped out the water, setup drying equipment, and made my life easier. Not only were they a great emergency company, but since they're general contractors they also performed the repairs(the broken pipe and the sheetrock replacement). They were fast professional and worked with my insurance company to get my home back to what they called "preloss condition".

Great experience, would definately hire them again.

Pros: 24hr emergency water and fire damage company. Bilingual and prevented further damages.

Cons: My insurance company was slow to pay them.
