I find the entire staff very up front and honest about procedures and expenses. I don't feel as though I am fed a bogus sales pitch to increase cost unnecessarily. In short, customer service here is amazing!

To all the wonderful staff at SRVH, we would like to take this moment to sincerely "Thank you" for keeping our baby, Disney in such great care. She was able to live to 16 long years. We are so grateful for your care & concern for her well- being~ always. We will miss her deeply & we will miss bringing her in to see everyone.

I want to take the time and thank you for all the care you have given Max over the years. We were lucky to have Max as long as we did, 18 years. I also wanted to thank you for the foot print and the beautiful basket of plants, they are lovely. That was so very kind of you.

Coming here is like visiting a family doctor. The staff is awesome, always smiling and willing to help or answer any questions. I'm always happy when leaving here and the bill is never outrageous.

Thank you so much for taking such great care of Cessna. She is doing well, and although we're sure she loved her 3 weeks of "spa" time at SRVH, she does seem very happy to be home. As always, the care Cessna received was superb! Thanks again!

My dog Lisa was acting weird, so I didn't know what was wrong. I took her to San Ramon Vet Clinic and they took a look at her. They were very informative when explaining to me what was wrong. They gave me some good advice on what to do when I get home. Everyone was super nice and friendly as well. Can't ask for better service. Thanks!

Dr. Weber and his staff are very affectionate and pays a great amount of attention to the our Chin Chin. I also like how prompt they were and handle everything in a professional manner.
