Chloe Accessories

I bought a necklace there and when I got home I noticed that a stone was missing. I couldn't turn around and go right back to the mall but I figured since it was just an exchange, no big deal. Well, I took the necklace back last night with the Chloe tag still attached and because I did not have the receipt she would not even exchange the necklace. Didn't ask for anything different - just a straight across exchange and all the clerK woujd say is "SORRY".
