I once went in here to find out about the different college education accounts. The person assisting me was very helpful and friendly. She very patiently explained to me the benefits and drawbacks of each account.
5We use the drive up atm so we don't have to go inside. It's very nice when you have a care full of kids and the other ATM's are busy, the drive thru seems to move quickly.
They never have deposit envelopes on the drive thru so grab some from another atm and stock up in your car so you don't have to drive around and get some.

I've banked with Wells Fargo since I was in high school. Their customer service is always good, however this facility would not rate as high.
Most of the time they are very helpful and able to support our needs.
Ok the drive thru with a car full of kids is awesome. But the help there is horrible. I called the 800 number first and after an hour of speaking with a bank rep they said we had to go in person to a branch to get our issue resolved. We did and they said to call the 800 number.
Too much finger pointing and lack of customer service. Out of 4 people and 2 managers they still never resolved the issue we needed to get fixed.
