Leale's Transmissions & Auto

I had my 1999 toyota towed in for their free evaluation as to why it wouldn't go into gear. They spent some time inspecting everything and said that the transmission was worn out and that the engine was really tired as it had over 180000 miles on it. But car looked great with excellent interior and body. I would have spent up to 2k to try and get it running again, but they advised that in my case it may be wiser to invest the 2k in a newer used car and sell the good parts of this car. I left their shop not paying them anything for their time, but very grateful for their honest advise and the contact info for Pick'n Pull.

I've recently been to two other shops trying to get my 98' diesel truck running right. Both wanted to give it a complete and very expensive tune up and a complete rear brake job. On my last try I went to Leale's. They said the rear brakes were fine, but just needed a spring. All the engine needed was new glow plugs and now it starts easily and runs great. Neither shop notice that my front end was in terrible condition. I got a good price on the rebuild and after driving home that day realized how much effort I was using just keep it on the road. Now it drives like it did when it was new.

I'm extremely satisfied; they found the problem quickly and were able to relay that problem to me in a timely fashion. They were helpful and handled everything quickly. I'm happy with the sevice done and look forward to bringing my car back.

I could no have been more pleased with the service. I brought the car to Leale's because I have known Mark Welch for nearly 10 years and I trusted him to give me an honest evaluation of what needed to be done to my daughter's car. He prioritized everything and allowed me to make the final decision. I cannot begin to express now grateful I am for the care that was taken to insure that my daughter's car would be safe for her to drive.

We took our truck to Leale's with a transmission problem and they were able to troubleshoot it and fix it! They did a very thorough job and returned our car clean.
