Unfortunately the Museo presentations have declined since Patty Ortiz left the museum. For an institution that is supposed to be a community resource, they are lacking in focus and creativity. Maybe they should take some cues from Su

I am from Mexico, so I really enjoy seeing different aspects of my country's culture through the museum's exhibits. It's not just about Mexico, either. There are exhibits from all over South and Central America. They are geared towards all visitors- my sons enjoy them as much as I do. We love the gift shop and have purchased a number of posters and art pieces for our home and for gifts.

This is a small museum, but the exhibits always seem to make a big impression. They've had exhibits on Frida Kahlo, Corridos, Mexican beverages, and Mayan ballgames. -Really interesting stuff that you might not expect to learn about! The gift shop is cozy and filled with items that you'll want to redecorate with. This museum is a great place to spend an hour or two!
