We hadn't eaten yet and wanted to use a table for lunch (we pick up when we finish-no mess from us) then go thru the museum. The staff was so rude didn't even get past the front door. Highly over rated, this is a business not a kind and

With three little boys, it's easy and affordable to just buy a annual membership. We spend hours there and they never get bored. There's two floors, fire trucks to climb, fire uniforms/boots/hats to wear and a (child-size) pole to slide

cons:
Had to pay admission for a infant.
Crabby admission lady that followed me through the museum. Passive aggressive approach with kids while they looked at gift shop. I think she should not work in a kid environment.
Not a lot of hands on activities. Upstairs activities dated and boring for kids.
Pros:
Kept the kids entertained for 30 mins.
Found a great parking spot.

Over rated, over priced. Had to pay for my 15 month old child. No elevator for strollers. Staff not helpful.

The Denver Firefighters Museum is a really interesting little place for people of all ages. -There are artifacts, including photos and documents, that chronicle firefighting from the mid 1800's 'til now. There are also educational programs, and hands-on activities. My nieces and my friends have enjoyed this museum equally!

Very cool short visit place. It isn't huge and you won't spend more than an hour but the kids love climbing on the old fire trucks and trying on the gear. Its a real old fire house and has a great little gift area.
