Sad day in for the town of Ansonia and for the general population.Just dicovered that Pilgrim is closed for good. After 62 yrs in business they have closed due to the economic times.Hopefully they read this and to let them know that have enjoyed and loved them for many years.
Will miss those ribs and chicken and let them know they were the best. Nobody around will be able to come close to those ribs tose delicious ribs.

Pilgrim's gives you a great meal at a great value. Their chicken is out of this world as is their potato salad and cole slaw. I believe they make it all fresh right there. The only problem is their location on Main Street in Ansonia where there is only on street parking.

Pilgrim's is an A+.
The Italian food is scrumptious. The selections they offer is enormous.
They have southern fried chicken, pasta dishes and lots more.
Their menu of appetizers and side orders is extensive.
You must try it to see just how good it is.
They do sometimes close before 7 pm so get there earlier if possible.

I love RJ's restaurant.
I usually order take-out.
