Do yourself a favor and find another garage; I am unsure if the damage they did to two of my vehicles was intentional, in order get me to return, or simply negligent due to completely unqualified mechanics, but upon bringing the damage

I was referred to Vertuccis while shopping, met a guy who drove the same vehicle, he couldn't say enough good about this place. SO, I gave it a shot... Made an appointment and I was astonished how well they treated me...I was a stranger to Vertucci Automotive, I never have done business with them. They not only did they completed the job early but perfectly! They made sure I had transportation to / from wk! I just want to let everyone who's inquiring know...I had THE BEST experience EVER! I live in Tolland, which is a bit of a drive but it was well worth it! THANK YOU JOE!

reason I feel comfortable keeping the car is because of the service and insight Joe provides. He allows us to drive our vehicles well into 100K + miles but still feel safe doing it. Rachel is a great addition helping expedite drop off, rental car and pick up. I always get in and out quickly, and typically with a good laugh or two. Thanks to Joe and Team!
