Honda of Panama city was excellent when I came in the salesman and staff was very personable and friendly after looking around the lot I came across a brand new Honda accord I was really interested in. They dropped the price 1,000 dollars and gave me the warranty I asked for what more could you ask for!! I would highly recommend this dealership to any and all!

I've had nothing but great things to say. When I purchased my car, I was treated with great respect. I come back frequently for maintenance and have never had a problem. They can be expensive but you get what you pay for. I don't mind because I always receive good service, and repairs done right.

Service and repairs are horrible. If you must get your Honda/VW worked on here, try to get Jordan as your service rep, as he is the only redeeming aspect of the service center. Prices are a little high even for a dealership. I had a bad temp gauge, they misdiagnosed as a bad temp sensor, and didn't refund the money I spent on the temp sensor. Took them 4 visits to finally have a working temp gauge again. My alarm stopped arming they they told me my hood latch was bad and wanted $300 to fix the micro-switch. I checked it and it was fine, the real problem was a short along the sensor wire (helps when you are an Electrical Engineer). Technician was short with me and walked away while I was explaining how I determined the hood switch was not to blame. I ended up fixing the problem myself. Emailed the boss Mike Boatwright to give him a chance to make it right, and all I got back was "I'll check into it". I'll drive to Tallahassee to get my VW worked on before I go back to this place.

I don't give good ratings easily, but I would definitely recommend Honda of PC. Victoria was fantastic and nothing was unexpected through the whole experience.

I would recommend Honda of Panama City and my salesman- Matt. He even contacted me after my Honda was delivered to see how I liked it and how it was running. "Awesomely", I told him.

My sales person was very good. I was thankful that the dealership stayed open late to do the paperwork. There were very helpful and willing to make the deal. The manager was really helpful too and he even gave me $1,000.00 for my trade in without even seeing it!! Love my new car.

He was fantastic to work with because he helped me feel comfortable with the purchasing process. He did not put any pressure on me.
