Grayton Beach Fitness

Every time I visit Grayton Beach Fitness it's an educational experience. As a former athlete, I've found Paul Hunter's guidance to be learned, thorough, and measured, especially considering I'm usually rehabilitating some injury. Paul's knowledge and application of functional training is the best I've ever experienced.

As a personal trainer, Paul is peerless. He stays current and does not necessarily jump on the band-wagon of the latest training fads. His standards for incorporating any new program as a plausible training regimen are stricter than any exercise physiologist I've ever known. He is one of the few trainers in whom I can place complete trust.

What makes GBF so special is its balance regarding what is available for training. The available equipment, free weights, and functional training tools abound, without creating a cluttered environment. The staff and the environment are friendly and focussedon ensuring their guests have everything to achieve success as they pursue their fitness goals.

GBF is most definintely worth the price of admission, and I heartily recommend it to travellers and locals alike.

Grayton Beach Fitness has everything my wife and i were looking for! Classes, cardio, cardio theater and complete setup of free weights! They welcomed us like they have known us forever and were very helpful.

After a session with Paul Hunter the owner and a trainer, I learned a lot and had a great workout. My wife loved the "RIDE" indoor cycling classes.

We will be back! Thanks guys!

We found Grayton Beach Fitness to be a hidden treasure. It's a warm, friendly place to work out. The gym is fully equipped and the prices are reasonable. We would highly recommend it to any visitor or local person who hasn't yet discovered this gem of a gym.
