All of the employees are truly resourceful and friendly. The receptionist was very nice, Yari, Dave, Franklin and everyone. Just great!!! As usual!!

On 10/22/10, I arrived in Miami excited to embark upon my 50th birthday celebration week. To our surprise our Hotel was as if were staying at the Bates Motel (Airway's Inn & Suites). I have allergies and I could not stay there. The conditions were deplorable. However, next door was the Holiday Inn Express and Ms. Janiary saved my life and I love her. Thanks a million!

We stayed here one night when we had an early morning flight the next day. It's literally across the street from the airport, but not the entrance to the airport - so you still need a shuttle. Their shuttle runs 24 hours a day, so that was no problem. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. For dinner, there is an IHOP on one side, and Tom's NFL American Grill on the other, which has a nice selection of food and a large beer menu. We ate at the Grill, and it was pretty good - it looks like it's popular with the locals. As is typical of this type of hotel, the sound insulation is not good, so if there are noisy people in the hall or adjoining room, you'll hear it. Also, because of the location, there is a bit of traffic and airplane noise. Fortunately, we did not have any noisy neighbors, and it was pretty quiet by the time we went to bed - even the traffic noise had settled down, and we had a good sleep. The breakfast starts at 6:30 am, and we were taking the 6 am shuttle, so we did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast buffet, but they did have some cinnamon rolls and a few other things out around 5:30 am, and there were hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, and milk in the refrigerated case. That was nice - we weren't expecting to be able to have anything before we left. For an inexpensive overnight stay that is convenient to the airport, we were very pleased and would stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night after flying in for a Bahamas cruise. Hotel shuttle promptly arrived and driver was friendly and chatty. Hotel is very close to the airport. Upon arriving was immediately checked in by friendly night manager. Room was large and clean. Everything room wise was good. Service by hotel staff good.

I would just like to say that our stay at the Holiday Inn Express was very enjoyable one. The rooms were lovely, the food was good and the convenience of the location was great. My family enjoyed the pool facilities and we rented a car to cruise around town.

Great stay. I loved the bed, they were so soft. The housekeeping kept I room cleaned and when I wanted to sleep in they came back when I was out. That was really convenient. Will come back again soon. Thank you.

Great hotel. I loved the location. Very convenient for my stay. Very close to a lot of things, including the airport. Hotel was beautiful, and the bed was like a cloud, very fluffy and nice. One of the most comfortable nights I've ever had.

When we arrived here, we immediately got great service. Checking into the rooms were very stress free and quick, and the employees there were just amazing. I loved it a lot.
