I want to thank them for all the updates and keeping me in the loop while my van was being worked on. He made it stress free. Once again thank you guys for a superb job. Amazingly he expedited the repairs so that my car was ready to be picked up a day earlier than estimated, saving me another day of expensive rental car charges. On my first repair, they had forgotten to fix a very minor area of scratches. My husband had just died so I told him I'd bring it back some other time. That was 10 months ago, and They remembered it and had it fixed.
Hopefully, I won't need any more body work, but if I did, I'd go to Classic Collision. My car looks like new - I'm very pleased."

It was great to come "home" when I returned to Classic Collision I had an initial experience with the entire staff after an accident with unforeseen road debris which had severely damaged my car. They were excellent in handling that entire process .This time I returned and was warmly greeted this morning by everyone. They looked at the front bumper which needed to be reconnected to my car on the left side. They said to give him a few minutes and they could fix that while I waited. They were courteous and kind, took my car into their shop and after about fifteen minutes, they returned with the front bumper reconnected securely. It was service that again I do not assume can happen, but it did. My experience was nothing short of awesome, and this seems to be the norm at Classic Collision I wouldn't go anywhere else.

No one likes to have to get their car fixed. My husband had his car fixed here a few years ago, so we took my car in when I had some body damage. I dread these things, but I was so wrong. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly face who even guessed who I was before I could utter more than a few words. All the paperwork was ready for me and then it was on to the on-site rental. That was a breeze as well. Bo kept me informed of what was happening to my car and when it would be ready. Snowpocalypse 2014 hit right in the middle of when my car was due to be finished. These folks worked the weekend to make sure they were caught up from the two days down. Just an awesome experience-- couldn't have been more pleasant and easy. They also worked seamlessly with my insurance -- State Farm. Thanks again!

I've used Classic Collision many years. I got my car back today and this was the best experience yet. The customer service provided was excellent. They are quick to respond, polite and helpful. I took delivery of my car on Wed. before Thanksgiving - a warning light came on to turn the engine off when driving it on Thanksgiving Day. I called on Fri. morning - within 5 minutes of hanging up the, I got calls from Enterprise car rental from someone to come and pick me up to get me back in a rental car and from the towing company to pick up my car - both of which were done within 30 minutesThey wanted the least inconvenience to me as possible and wanted the work on my car to be done properly and to my satisfaction. They found the problem quickly (a small pin point leak) and began work to fix it. I have always been very pleased with the quality of the work at Classic Collision but this time there was a great leap in customer service which was very impressive. I'll be back when needed (hope not too soon) and will tell my friends about Classic Collision.

Upon picking my truck up from the shop it was as clean--if not cleaner--than the day I first purchased it. A number of my coworkers have inspected the area where the car was damaged and all have been very impressed--I certainly am. Ben's mention of Classic Collision's warranty gives me further confidence in the work performed on my vehicle, and the fact that I made a wise choice in selecting a provider (I should mention Capital City Nissan provided me with your name in the first place).

This is the second time we have used Classic Collision....the first time resulted in the other insurance company appraiser finding our Lexus was totaled......not something we were prepared for as both the tow truck driver and your service advisor felt the car was repairable. This visit however was a complete pleasure....it has only been one day and so far we find only good things with the repair work performed by you. Hennessey Lexus recommended you both times and both times we have been pleased with the service and friendliness of everyone. Thank you so much for all you have done.
