Whitlock's Grill

We visited last night. First time we tried since the change from Chicagos to Whitlock Grill. My wife ordered new york strip that was so tough she had to send it back. She has never sent food back. I had the prime rib and it was terrible.

They said i would taste the difference and they were right. I had the best pecan chicken sandwich ever. The sweet potatoes were the best i have ever had and the spinich melted in my mouth. I live in Alpharetta and will be bringing the wifey back soon. Enjoy!!!

It's very unique and one of the few decent places to go in Cobb Co. You get food and entertainment under one roof, which is perfect for date nights, but families are welcome too. It's a great neighborhood hang to get a fat juicy steak, yummy salad and great variety on the menu. They have many regulars for many years, that speaks volumes!

i usally order the nightly seafood special. the fried oyster appetizer is great

We actually go to the Chicago's on Shallowford Road since it is closer to our home. Best neighborhood restaurant in Cobb County. We visit at least once a week. Prefer grabbing a booth in the lounge to take in the sports on TV. Food is always excellent. Love the Prime Rib and the classic Chicago's Steak Salad. Good service, good food, not much more you can ask for.

I've been to Chicago's with friends on several occasions. We've had a wait a time or two but that's okay because we get to wait at the bar! The bartenders are very friendly and they pour a generous glass of wine.

The food is always very good and the specials are an excellent value.

On nice nights have a seat outside and enjoy!

The price is average for this type of resterant. A little higher than Ted's or Chiles but not as upscale as Aspens. I good middle ground.

On a recent visit to Chicago's we had excellent service. Our server anticipated all our needs and had a great personality. The food at Chicago's was also great. I had the pecan chicken which was out of this world! The chicken was juicy and tender with a cispy pecan crust and was served with a cherry sauce. There is no such thing as a skimpy serving at Chicago's. The salads are also very good and are served with a warm croissant dripping with honey butter!. I recommend the house dressing - a hot bacon, honey mustard.

If you like personalized service, great and consistent food and a nice atmosphere, Chicago's Steak and Seafood is a great place with a versatile menu from chicken, pork, prime rib and seafood. Try the calamari, mussels or the spinach dip for an appetizer. For dinner, the shrimp and grits are yummy and the pecan chicken is a house fav. Check out the piano bar on Friday and Saturday where entertainer Dan Stagg gets the crowd rocking and the drinks are flowing.

PROS: great food, fun service, awesome entertainment
CONS: it is hard to get a table in the piano bar unless you get there early

Food and service is fantastic. Piano bar is fabulous, DAN IS THE BEST!!!!! Highly recommended.

This is my favorite restaurant in this area! They give you high quality foods at a reasonable price. The rolls are out of this world and salads are huge and full of flavor. I like that you get a lot of food for your money! They also have an awesome piano bar!

I think Marietta is dying for more casual upscale restaurants, hence the lines at Chicagos' at dinner time. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere, the food is pretty good, and the service is freindly and attentive. Good for a nice dinner and drinks evening with a date.
