I ordered and was billed for a small part for my auto on July 22. On August 15, I still had no word that the part was in, so I went back to this dealer and was told that the order didn't go through on the computer but they would re-order that day. I asked if they would call me when it came in and was told that I should call them in three or four days. I went in September 1 and the part was in, 6 weeks after my original order (they had billed me up front).
