I bought a beautiful piece of granite from Bella Pietra in '08 but because I had problems with finishing my house addition I could not pick up my granite until last week. I knew I lost the granite and the staff had every right to say "too bad, you blew it" but instead they went out of their way to help me find something that would look beautiful and keep the cost from going out of control. Dawn, Layla and Jacob really have the aloha spirit and they are wonderful to work with!

Don't even waste your time going to another store, if you need countertops you cannot beat Bella Pietra stuff. Very good quality, good service and prices are not bad either.

I was told they had a meterial in stock when I got to thier shop they could not show it to me thay had to make an appointment for a crane operator. This took an hour to see a slab thet was warped and discolored. I will never go back to Bella Pietra again.
