Response from this business:

This man was not my client. However, he claims that his case was not complicated because his parents are permanent residents and this deserves an answer. The possible reason why he did not get a green card is because he is on a quota for sons of permanent residents and it takes years before the quota reaches his priority date. Once the quota comes current to his priority date, he can apply for a green card. Lucky me, I did not represent him. His gripe if it is true, is not correct because he does not understand what is going on in his case. If he was underage, then he was a child of a lawful permanent resident. That is a complication if he is an adult now. I did not take $10,000 from anyone looking for a green card through parents who are permanent residents. Please note that I have searched my records and there is no John S., as a client. I need more information from John S. as to when he hired me, if he did. Need year and month.

Mary L Sfasciotti is the best lawyer, taking care of my case in the most professional level, changing the court venue from Buffalo,NY to Chicago,IL,not only getting me out of deportation but getting my green card as well,i can`t thank her enough what she did for me......

This lawyer is the worst lawyer I ever seen. She has a huge temper and ego problem. She will curse at you and no professionalism at all. There is no organization to her work and she forgets almost everything you tell her.She was late at our interview appointment and we had to go to the interview without her. When we came out she started cursing at us loudly in middle of USCIS office. Now our case is still pending and she wont response to phone call or anything. Please take your case somewhere else.

Response from this business:

Who is Kev S? I never had any contact with a Kev S, and I never cursed out a Kev S and Kev S. has never called our office! Who is Kev S? this is a false person. There is nothing to identify when there was an interview, what kind of an interview was it, and what kind of an application was involved. I don't have an anger problem and I think that this review might have been written by someone who is out to get me.

I cant express my gratitude in words for what has Mary done in my case; countless hours of research, commitment and hard work. I was in deportation proceeding when Mary picked up my case. She took full ownership of the case like it was her own life on the line. I cannot imagine going through this process without Mary and if I had to do this all over again, without a doubt in my mind I would have Mary work my case again. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her being always on top of things. All I have to say, if you want to win your case then go with Mary. She is very attentive, focused and knowledgeable.

Mary L. Sfasciotti is an excellent attorney. The service that I have received was beyond my expectations. She is hard working, honest, professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable of the law and the court system. My case was extremely difficult ending up in the 7th Circuit Court. She fought until the end, and I truly felt confident having her by my side in the court. This attorney will fight for your rights like you will not believe it. She is well known for her hard work and highly respected within her field. She is truly an advocate for her clients. I cannot thank her enough for what she has done for me and my family. In fact, I have referred her to several people including relatives, and she has done a superb job. Mary L. Sfasciotti is a rear find in this field and I would absolutely recommend her to others.

I actually had a great experience with Mary Sfasciotti. She took care of my case so fast (within six months). I would recommend and actually have recommended Mary Sfasciotti to other friends. She really listens to you. I personally would hire her services again if needed in a near future. Sorry to hear that other people had a bad experience with her because with me it was the opposite. I just wanted to let everyone know that MAry is very professional.
Sincerely,
Dora E Alvarez

She has ego problem and she thinks she is always right. She never listen to her clients when she does anything worng. I think screeming and yelling is her favorite hobby. Response from this business:

I never had a client by the name of 123456! This review should be removed because it is offensive, i.e., fuc***g crazy lawer. If a person can't spell and uses foul language, it is not a proper review and informs nobody about the lawyer.

Contacted Mary due to above notice and we were advised of the above rejection notice and we were then told that she was out of the country for three weeks due to an additional death in the family. She would not be available until April 4, 2006. When we asked if her clerk that had been assisting in the case was available we were then told she had been fired. The excuse of the rejection was because her clerk revised the papers and made the error, this is one of the reasons why she was fired. Mary has NEVER admitted to any error in the process but always is quick to blame it on her clerks.
Received 4 Official Notices From Immigration (Please See attached) that they have stopped processing for the applications because the check or money order that was submitted was returned by the bank. These fees were paid on 1/13/06 to Mary and were her responsibility to submit and process.Once we received these notices we repeatedly called Mary but no one answered the phone and no voicemail service was available. We then went to Marys office, when we confronted her (in a civil manner) about the notices we received she immediately began to scream and yell telling us she didnt have a phone or computer so she could not contact us since April 28, 2006. She then began a tornado of rage screaming out of control going from one room to the next shuffling through her destructed office which consisted of over flowing piles of documents, pendaflexes, computers and office equipment scattered about. It did not appear as a place of conducting business but as a storage unit. Magically she pulls out a cell phone (as she previously stated that she could not contact us because she did not have access to a phone) then proceeded to tell the caller that she had not had access to a phone and they then cancelled their appointment due to her excuses. After this incident she stormed out of the room and began to spiral out of control:

PROS: NOTHING
CONS: RUDE, LOUD, CRAZY, NEVER Returns Calls

Response from this business:

Corri M, wrote about a rejection notice that was sent from the Immigration Office due to incorrect filing fees submitted. She was married to my client who was getting his green card through her, a United States citizen. When Corrie M., learned of this, she called my office and I was out of the country for a family funeral after my mother had died in the States one month before. When I returned, she barged in the office, screaming and calling me a c - - t and a b - - - h, an a-----e and a bunch of other names, sprinkled with f–l y-u. I had never seen this woman before! I tried to explain that the situation is fixable. But she was so crazy and swearing and refusing to leave. I was afraid that she was going to hit me so I called the police and she ran out of the office. I filed a complaint against her when the officer came to my office to investigate. As it turned out the rejection notices were corrected by the proper filing fees; her husband got his green card through the applications I filed, and he is stuck with a wife who has anger management problems. By the way, she never called me after I got back into the United States. I guess certain clients want their lawyers to be available night and day, 24/7, 365 days a year.
