Its simply the best orchestra in the country. You cant go wrong. The building is a beauty. They have intermission during the show, dress business casual. They have neat shops of all kinds of gifts for music lovers, but it gets a little overcrowded.

If you are ever in the Chicago area and have the opportunity to see the Symphony Orchestra in person, I strongly suggest that you do not pass it up. Words can not describe the amazing show that I saw when I went for my friends birthday (he's a big fan). I never thoguht that I would enjoy a night at the symphony but it was absolutely amazing.
