They are timely about coming out, but conflicting in information. I was told the evening before they came that "if they came out to assess whether or not I needed a hot water heater there would be an $85 charge, however, if I they went ahead and did the work, I wouldn't be charged the $85. Needless to say, I did in fact, have the work done. I had to call to request an itemized bill, the installer gave me a handwritten invoice with the total. I called and received the breakdown and saw at that time that I paid in addition to the labor (which was expected) the $85 service charge. Needless to say, I was not pleased with this as it conflicts with what I was initially told.

This place is great. They are very quick to get out and take care of your plumbing. They do not charge a ton of money as some plumbers do. They do not only check what they are there for, they also will do a thorough check on all the plumbing to alert you of any other problems you may have. They plumbers are very freindly and work in a timely fashion. A+, I would certainly recommend this place to anyone in need of plumbing services in the area.
